The Lisbon + Sintra Highlights - Private Full-Day Tour will cover the most important attractions in Lisbon and Sintra in one full-day.
Although the itinerary can be adjusted during the day, this is the standard/suggested itinerary:
- Arrive at Sintra around 9h15m and head to the Pena National Palace, the most visited attraction in Portugal - considered in 2015 by EBD the most beautiful castle of Europe.
- Guided Visit inside Pena National Palace, former Royal Summer Residence of the Portuguese Kings (1h30m)
- Free time to explore the old medieval village of Sintra (45m) - Acess walking only
- Complimentary Port Wine Tasting at local shop (15m - Optional - subject to availability during peak season)
- Stop for Lunch nearby the village (1h) or return to Lisbon for Lunch (recommended).
- Visit to Belem district in Lisbon, the historical neighboorhood of the navigators and Portuguese Discoveries. (45min)
- Stop for pictures at Belem Tower, Discovery Monument and visit to the Church of Jeronimos Monastery.
- Quick break for a local pastry at the most famous pastry shop in Portugal, Pasteis de Belem, founded in 1834.
- Head to Lisbon Downtown and visit the major squares of the city (Rossio / Praça Comercio / Restauradores)
- Continue the visit to Chiado, passing by the old Santa Justa Elevator and Carmo Convent Ruins and also S. Pedro Alcantara Viewpoint
- Continue the visit to Alfama district, famous for the St. Jorge Castle and the amazing viewpoints (Portas do Sol)
- Visit to the Lisbon Cathedral, originally built more than 1000 years ago
- End of the tour around 5PM..

Pick-up and drop-off in Lisbon can be arranged per request - you can select option during booking process. Pick-up can be done at your Hotel, Lisbon Airport or ship Cruise Terminal.
Pick-up is scheduled for 8h30AM when option is selected during booking, unless other agreed time schedule.
Your hotel in Lisbon, Airport, or Ship Cruise Terminal, can be done per request.
Drop-off is scheduled around 5PM, although it can be changed if you require to return earlier.

- We are a Private Tour Company (No other guests will join our private tour)
- This tour is prepared for Full-Day (around 7h/8h), although, if you have shorter time, we can fit it to your needs
- Most of our tours are done using minivans for your comfort (more leg room). For larger groups we have available larger buses/motor coaches up to 50 seats. Vehicle type, size, brand or color can never be guaranteed on our regular tours.
- Single travelers are accepted on all our private tours, paying two adult tickets.
