FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise. Entrance Tickets / admission fees are not included by default on our tours.
Bookings are only confirmed upon payment received and voucher issued. Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled when no payment is received within 72h.
Promo prices are available online for limited time, often during low season (December to February - Except around Christmas Period). When availability is limited during low season, promo prices are disabled and activated regular prices only.
Pick-up and drop-off at any Lisbon Hotel/Airport/Cruise Port has a one time fee of 35EUR. Other locations for pick-up please enquire.
 
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your voucher 15 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation/receipt. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* We have a flexible worry-free cancelation policy for your comfort:
We know plans can change and we accept changes to the original booking for another day, if we have availability, without any extra charge

* Cancellation up to 20 days before tour date: 100% refund provided
* Cancellation up to 48h before tour date: 50% refund provided
* Cancellation less than 48h before tour date: No refund
* No show: no restitution / payment in full
* Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
* Special Tours created for groups are non-refundable after booking
* Airport transfers, Limousine tours, or Helicopter Tours are non-refundable after booking, including cruise ship tours.
* Cruise ship tours are 100% refundable anytime if for any reason cruise ship doesn't dock

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE:
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for any payment done online. For American Express Cards, customer should book using paypal instead.
Due a high level of credit card fraud, we have a very serious policy on frauds. We inform that any booking made using a suspicious credit card will be not accepted and automatically cancelled.
The bookings made with origin on the following countries should may not be accepted and therefore refused: Afghanistan ; Albania ; Belarus ; Bolivia ; Bosnia ; Brunei Darussalam ; Colombia ; Congo ; Côte D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) ; Democratic Republic of the Congo ; Iran ; Iraq ; Kyrgyzstan ; Lebanon ; Liberia ; Libya ; Macedonia ; Moldova ; Myanmar (Burma) ; Namibia ; Nigeria ; North Korea ; Somalia ; South Africa ; Sudan ; Syria ; Tajikistan ; Ukraine ; Yemen ; Zimbabwe
